The objective is to work on our body awareness, motor coordination, physical and mental fitness, as dancing reduces stress levels and increases general well-being, but not only that, as it is an activity that requires quick and constant decisions, dancing stimulates the brain with new and different things, which force us to think creatively and “outside the box”
