Take advantage of this solo modality where you dance to a 'mix' of Swing and Blues music, with a dash of Soul, Funk and Latin rhythms! The motto is "Little talk... lots of music and dancing! Solo dancing is an amazing tool for working on body awareness and is also a lot of fun in itself. You will dance freely and you won't worry about choreography or having to think about the names of the steps.
