Slow Balboa is an elegant, relaxed, flowing and graceful partner dance. Danced to the sound of Big Bands from the golden age of swing at the slowest paces. It is characterized by a very straight posture and an intimate and elegant style.
Whether in regular classes, a beginners course or drop-in classes, this is the year when there is no excuse not to dance!
