- como a música e os movimentos do corpo se conectam
- as várias posições e ritmos
- liderar e seguir mudanças de direção
- dançar em call response com o par
alguns dos movimentos característicos que vais aprender:
- Side pass/Pass by/Underarm turn- circle, send out, swing out
sempre num ambiente com boa energia, cumplicidade, inclusivo e divertido para aprender a dançar.
In this beginners course you will learn:
- how music and body movements connect
- the various positions and rhythms
- lead and follow changes in direction
Some of the characteristic movements you will learn:
- Side pass/Pass by/Underarm turn
- circle, send out, swing out- dance in call response with the partner
